ok its the middle of feb.... i want 30lbs by the beggining of July.

thats about 6lbs a month... who good do you think i will do?

all natty btw.......

or whats the most you think i could gain.... honestly

in all honesty, i don't think an experienced lifter would ever set such a goal, knowing that it would be tough....

i think you could do it, but def not 30lbs lean mass

speaking of that... if you have a relativly clean diet- not perfect, but good... and you lift (5x5 lets say) 3-4 times a week, toss some cardio in there.

what are normal gains to be expected??
Cuz i don't gain shit! - maybe my scale is broke :P

lol it varies... all my shits legit. i believe i can push myself a little more, and get stricter with the diet, tho its pretty good rite now... we'll see ;)

atleast up 15lbs for sure... when i have a goal.. i usually work like a bitch to get there... i'll drill myself till i get there :D

15lbs of solid bodyweight sounds reasonable, but 30lbs of lean body mass isn't gonna happen in 5-6 months bro.

I've put on 28lbs in 5 months before naturally with no supplements and just lot's of food, but I hadn't lifted for like a year or more and was underweight from alot of running and the 28lbs was not all lbm. Maybe 15-18lbs of lbm which is still alot in 5 months, but I did gain bodyfat.

10 pounds would be an excellent goal imo for 5 months.

10lbs?!?!

jesus christ! :worried: im sure i can maybe get 15.... i'll shoot for 15 at a min... if i get 10 i'll still be happy tho :)

Natural? 30lbs of Bodyweight is possible, but if we're talking lean muscle mass, I'd say it would be impossible. 30 pounds is a lot dude.

Too many variables to estimate what someone may or may not be able to gain unless you had a pretty solid logged track record which doesn't appear to be the case.

Why not just resign yourself to a period of bulking and leave the pounds of muscle out of it. Have a plan (hugely important to any goal and this is no different), work hard at it (plan makes you work smart, you are responsible for working hard), periodically reevaluate where you are and if any changes need to be made. If everything is in line, you will gain as much as you can gain. Whether that's 5lbs or 30lbs it will be your best effort and ultimately the willingness, determination, and ability to put forth one's best effort and execute a plan over a prolonged period is far more indicative of a person's calibur than the amount of muscle they carry.
