hiv test and dbol?

Blood work is specific to what they are testing for. If you're taking an hiv test they are simply looking for antibodies in the blood that are related to HIV.
Drug testing for something like dbol is completely irrelevant. You could be a pot head, a cocaine addict or use any other drug. It's not going to show up on an hiv test. Unless you give them permission to test for foreign substances in your body.
