Anyone use boxing exercises for cardio? I personally like strapping on the 16oz mits and going 8 - 10 three minute rounds with the heavy bag, this really seems to get me going.
gets your heart going and the sweat pouring quick, but don't forget the wraps, ive banged up my wrists more than once trying to be a badass and abusing it raw dog
i was thinking about getting one and starting it up as well with a jump rope to put some variation into my cardio, waking up before school and running gets boring so i plan on switching it up and run then some times do some boxng and jump roping!
