hitting a wall on steriods???

me and 2 mates got on a course of what we were told was sus 250. 1st 5 od weeks was great. we all gained between 4-6 kgs but then nothing. 2 of us were taking 250mg a week. 1 was taking 500mg a week but all ganied no to very little weight after the 1st 5-6 week block. didnt get any real seasonable fat loss either. went down a few mm in the pinch test but not a great deal. any ideas? this was my 2nd cyle and on the 1st i gained approx 1kg a week for the 1st 10 weeks on a 250mg cycle and lost a lot more body fat than this time?

Mate it could be training or diet .

Try diet first , add more cals ie; extra egg in morning extra scoop protein ,extra slice bread , extra carbs in PWO drink more cotage chease at bed and a scoop of PB .

Training are you over training spending more than 1 hour lifting , getting 8 hours of sleep , check your lifting form big weights arn't as good as perfect form , change up your split and .

yeah def did increase the cal intake. extra protein shakes aswell. i do get the sleep required. pretty much went with the diet i did on my 1st cyle as i did in the 2nd. training is limited to 50 min a session 4 days a aweek so wouldnt be over training. so yer hard to figure why. i am gettin the normal steroid symptons so it definately is a steriod of some sort but yeah just weird that all 3 of us had good growth for 6 weeks then leveled out. feel free to ask anymore questions as im keen as to make sure i dont make the same mistake again.
 
Steroids are not magical. You are prob still underestimating the amount of kcals you need to grow. What always works for me is 2 grams protein per pound of bodyweight. I always grow with that as my main daily focus on my diet.
