hey bro's , here again looking for you guys sincere advice and opinions.. I am on cycle. and I regularly keep my workouts consistent.. Monday tuesday (on) wednesday (off) thursday(on) friday(light-abs and a bit of cardio) saturday (on) sunday(off). The thing is I hit it hard on monday , and i started feeling a sore throat yestarday(tuesday) so decided to switch days off with today(wednesday), Problem is I feel worse , but am already on anti flu meds and drinking much fluid(as always). I really want to go hit the weights, but I don't feel to sharp.. and as I said... I am on cycle. What do you suggest I do .. or what would you do ..
