Ok, for those of you that have tried HIT and gave it a fair chance with an all out effort, what is your opinion of it? Good for hypertrophy in short and long terms, or just strength gains? Is it a good method to stick with while on the juice, or is that ripping yourself off of potential gains? I only want to know the opinions of those of you that have actually tried this method, not just what you have read or heard from a friend.
