Power Clean
115x6
145x5
185x3
205x5x5 PR

Power Shrugs ( snatch grip- seems to work them harder )
225x10
275x8x2

Box Squats ( used a small flat bench, ended up bveing perfectly parallel, so i need to make my own to go a few inches lower )

95x10
135x8
185x6
225x5x5 PR ( 185 was the highes i ever did box squats for )

Calves 2x12 1 standing 1 seated

With the 205 Power Clean it brings my 4 core lifts ( 3 i get tested on for lax ) all above 200 pounds for mulitple sets and reps. Never have i done something like this before, and at 15 less pounds then my previous best physical shape ( wording is confusing i know ) .

Squat 250 5x5
Bench 215 5x5
Deads 315 5x5
PwrCln 205 5x5
@ 210 pounds BW 12% bf

VERY solid PR's man!!!!

What do you plan to do to bring them up even more???

B True

thx

as for bringing them up, im doing 5x5 till september when fall ball starts, then do about 6 weeks of 3x8 maintenance, then def. doing a WSB variation afterwords.
im also considering a sust only cycle @ 500mg ew after fall ball. I want to get over a 1000 pounds between my squat bench and clean by the start of the spring season ( early-mid january )

Good job bro. Your 5x5 box squat is 225... one day it'll be 525... if you believe that it will.

Why sustanon? Its overrated. Test enathate is your best value for your $$$. It ultimately comes down to how many mg of test you get for every dollar you spend. Still, 500 mg of test a week, of any type, should give you a boost.

You're only 19 years old, you don't need sus or anything else besides food and desire!!! If you eat like a machine and lift like a machine, you'll put on mass in no time. I'm glad to see you keep setting PR's, it shows pride and determination...stay with it and don't quit!!!

it's not so much about the mass, im looking for strength. I gladly welcome any size i gain, and love it, but the number 1 priority is strength. But like i said, im considering, we need to see how the rest of summer goes and fall ball.

thx guys for the positive feedback and suggestions
