Hit the biceps peaks!

Anyone trying to target the biceps is always looking for a new exercise to hit the peak.... make that cool peak grow in the right spot. Try close grip pull-ups, meaning pull ups with a standard bar..and the grip being hands touching or almost... It will cut down on lat use and any accessory cheating. Hits the bi's hard.
 
Im definitely going to incorporate this into my routine. I have had a lot of success out of straight bar curls as well.
 
Great movement I agree. Love to hit the peaks with these or french curls with ur wrist broken to take away work from the forearms. Both great for me and keep the peak pointy almost :). Remember size comes from both bicep muscles tho!!

Good advice, I struggle hitting the spot when working my Biceps and it can get real frustrating. I really feel close grip chin ups.
