I was hoping to get a little advice on the best way to do a cycle. I have read of two different ways of going,
1) Gradually build up the doses to a peak period of 2 weeks and then gradually reduce the doses to come off.
2) To hit high doses right away and to gradually reduce to come off.
I not sure which way is the best. I am doing a Winstrol/Deca/Finaplex stack to harden up and put on some lean muscle. I have been training for five years and want to make sure that my first cycle is not a waste.
