How do you know if you have hit a vein after injecting?

Well if you injected into a vein you'll know when you go into long term sleep. And if you went through a vein and injected past it then you'll know when u take the syringe out and you bleed like a stuck pig.

If you injected into a vein, you'd feel extremely sick, your heart rate would probably elevate and you might even toss your cookies.. If you simply went through a vein with the needle then you would probably see blood coming out of the injection site and there, but that doesn't mean that you injected into a vein, that just means you went through the vein.

Well when i mainlined, I got the cold sweats tunnel vision and my stomache felt really weird.

so what are the chances of dieing while accidentally mainlining??

diff drugs would make it more plausible i suppose
