Guy With Big Guns

hey guys im new to the board and have a little guestion for anyone who can help. Im on week 7 of a "special" training routine and have hit a plateau at 190lbs with 2-3 lbs fluctuation either way. Its been this way for about 2 weeks. any suggestions. ive been alternating workout from repetition to power and regulating routine as to not allow the muscle's to get used to any one workout. Any help would be much appreciated.
