Hit 3 days a week workout ????

I have been training on and off for 6 years. Lately I have been loosing motivation and that drive. It may cause I have a hard long work schedule and a NEW BORN BABY. IT also is because I wanted 2 get to 220 lbs on my last cycle and now im there. I'm currently not on cycle and just barely getting in the gym 3 times a week. I was wondering if any 1 has done the HIT 3 days a week program and made gains??
And also how did u workout whole body each day or how was ur 3 day routine ?
 
I did the 5x5's for 12 weeks and got good results at 3 days a week. Whatever you choose, follow it to the T, make training a priority when you have it scheduled, at switch things up after the initial 12 week period.
 
I've only trained weights 3 days per week for the last 3 years, and its been the best I've ever done for strength and mass. I do high intensity, low volume DC training and I'm in and out of the gym in 45-60 minutes 3 times a week. Workouts are alternating upper body and lower body, so everything gets hit every 5 days

More doesn't mean better. You grow in the kitchen and while resting, not in the gym.

YES!!! We have used it many years with success. Not all the time,,,but your situation is PERFECT!!!
I suggest looking into MENTZERS work and even DC (DOGGCRAPP) training.
