I have been training on and off for 6 years. Lately I have been loosing motivation and that drive. It may cause I have a hard long work schedule and a NEW BORN BABY. IT also is because I wanted 2 get to 220 lbs on my last cycle and now im there. I'm currently not on cycle and just barely getting in the gym 3 times a week. I was wondering if any 1 has done the HIT 3 days a week program and made gains??
And also how did u workout whole body each day or how was ur 3 day routine ?
