Sort of. Hired a guy to work with me one day every two weeks. Every two weeks he'll kick my ass for 60-90 minutes and break down my diet and workout routine. We'll also do a complete set of measurements. I need someone to kick my ass and keep my accountable for what I do or don't do. I think this will help. Having my husband call me fat or threaten me just ain't cutting it since I know he could neber bring himself to leave me. Ha ha.
