couple good new albums coming out the 23rd. i was able to cop them off irc a bit early so i thought i'd share the wealth to all 3 of you that might actually care.

1st album is Outkast, which is a double disc. they come correct but w/ a completely different sound than ever before, 'specially andre. the thing i love about outkast is they have a new style with every album yet still keep a wide fan base. big boi and andre each have their own disc on this album. big boi has his traditional sound while andre is outta this world. he only flows on 2 tracks and the rest are jazzy/electronica beats. some tracks even remind me of coltrane and miles davis. (saxophones, piano, etc.)

here's an album cover peek w/ a few sample tracks. if anyone wants more i'll paste links or email. the last track is off atmosphere's new album and goes against the traditional hip hop sense but is still fire. (he's a white boy too)

beefybull, most of that is years old

Some of those tracks are old, some are new. Good music is timeless and can be enjoyed over and over. Those tracks are all solid, I didnt say they were the best ever or anything like that. Just check em out, everyones opinion varies.

I did like those Nickatina tracks "Ayo" & "Fears of a Coke Lord" that you recommended.

Personally, right now I'm feelin Tech N9ne & Lil Flip as far as solo artists go. Flip is set to have an album in October or November and Tech is touring right now. The Nappy Roots album will probably be worth picking up, as "Watermelons, Chicken, & Gritz" was one of the top 20 rap albums of the last 5 years.
