Hip Adductor

I got a hip adductor strain last friday doing squats, I've been squatting all this past week and the thing is still giving me hell. I'm currently on a very tight time crunch, what should I do? Should I take some time off to let it heal or should I work through the pain?
 
I've been stretching and I will def use some of those from here on out, but what should I do about the injury? Work through it or let it rest?
 
REST! Wait until it is loose before you squat again. I have a very nagging hard to get rid of injury now from working through the pain because my legs and hips are so tight and fucked up that it is fucking my back up. Everything is linked together, damage one link and it effects them all. Results are long time, taking one workout off in the long run will be much more beneficial to your physique.
