HIIT training

I've read so much literature on this but to all the bros out there...does it reallllllly work? If so can anyone help with a sample routine for HIIT program. I switch my mode of cardio every 2-3 weeks or so. Thanks in advance.
 
Yep....


30 seconds all out followed by a minute of active recovery(or 45 seconds and 90)


that constitues ONE cycle...


begin with 6-8 cycles per session.....bump one cycle each week
 
i've been doing 1 minute cycles....balls to the wall and then 1 minute recovery....i feel eliptical works best for HIIT. going all out for 1 minutes is fawking rough....and after 20 minutes i'm dead!!!
