I've read so much literature on this but to all the bros out there...does it reallllllly work? If so can anyone help with a sample routine for HIIT program. I switch my mode of cardio every 2-3 weeks or so. Thanks in advance.
i've been doing 1 minute cycles....balls to the wall and then 1 minute recovery....i feel eliptical works best for HIIT. going all out for 1 minutes is fawking rough....and after 20 minutes i'm dead!!!
