Highest paying jobs

A lot of jobs pay more than $100k pa.

If you consider company management a job, IE a CEO, then those would be the highest paid jobs overall.

Traditional professionals, lawyers, doctors, accountants probably make up the largest number professionals with 6 figure incomes.

hrmmm the thing is u cant really go to school to be a ceo. looking possibly at engineering/business management and try to move up in a big company. may end up pre med tho... who knows. and btw what does an accountant do?

An accountant is responsible for the financial management and reporting of a company

Medicine is a bad field to go into if you're after money...actually its different in the States. In Canada, you work your ass off for a pitance, you really gotta love your job. Accountants basically manage money; budgeting, filing tax reports etc. You make money dealing with money.

Be a professional man, don't settle for less. Working under people is fucking slavery, especially if you can be replaced in a blink of an eye.

Yes, but it takes time...

It is the only real job though. For myself: Employment = slavery.

I W2'd 6 figures with a few pharm companies, and I never felt enslaved, but I wouldn't have it any other way than the way things are now. Money's great, but the freedom to be there for my family whenever I want is much more rewarding. There's nothing I enjoy more than picking my daughter up from school. :)

Don't engineers make decent money, at least the petroleum, electrical, and mechanical ones?

I know a girl that just graduated LSU in electrical engineering, made almost all 4.0's I believe, and is being offered $150,000 in New York.

the amount of money in the medical professional is mind-boggling. I have yet to find someone who made a foray into the medical field and is unemployed or making minimum wage. I know plenty of people in IT who fit that category tho.

or an effective original language learning method (this gave dutch Prins De Lignac a fortune)

if you can get all 4.0s in difficult classes, theres a lot of 6 figure opportunities begging for you

self employed is your best route.
do your homework and youll make 100k/year in less than five years. and if your going into school thats more than what most people will make five years from where you are.
