I think that varies person to person. Generally you can combat this by giving blood.

donate plasma, it will drop

steroids are out of your system in 6-7 weeks that have long esters. they should come down assuming you aren't running too much test for TRT

if you donate blood it will come down rather quickly.. if not, there's no exact answer to your question, it would be different person to person depending on quite a few factors...

Go give blood and it will drop. It's best to give blood every 8 weeks to keep RBC in check
