Is there any relationship between high insulin levels and low libido ? I'm on hrt .55 cc test c 2x and .35 hgh ed. Before hrt my insulin level was 17 and my test was 161 (35 free) libido was low after 6 weeks of hrt my insulin was 11 my test was 827 (208 free) and my libido was like a porn star. 8 weeks later my insulin went back up to 17 my test was 557 (134 free) and my libido was back to low. the only other significant change was dihydrotosterone was 14 first blood work 40 second and now 28 everything else is constant. since the third blood work i have increased test c to .75cc 2xw but no increase in libido. I'm also in my third week of var 40mg ed. so my question is can the high insulin level be hurting my libido ?
