I have some ideas, but wanted to know if anyone else has any others, on why does a high fat diet (CKD, Atkins, BodyOpus, Anabolic Diet) Bloat me and make me fatter, even in the abscence of carbohydrates and sweeteners. Anyone else have problems losing on a low carb, high fat diet. I've tried all the variables so I know I've been doing it right, just wanted some support for us stuck on a high protein, low carb, low fat (boring) diet to cut up. Thanx
