High Fat Diet

I have some ideas, but wanted to know if anyone else has any others, on why does a high fat diet (CKD, Atkins, BodyOpus, Anabolic Diet) Bloat me and make me fatter, even in the abscence of carbohydrates and sweeteners. Anyone else have problems losing on a low carb, high fat diet. I've tried all the variables so I know I've been doing it right, just wanted some support for us stuck on a high protein, low carb, low fat (boring) diet to cut up. Thanx
 
Yes,I also encounter unwanted problems during a high fat diet. I noticed that I often eat too many calories when eating high fat foods even though my carbs are very low. This generally happens when eating nuts and can also happen with oil. Replacing many of those fats with low GI carbs like broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, carrots,etc. really helps me. I tend to eat till I'm really full to avoid blood sugar crashes, and eating these carbs allows me to do that while my total calorie intake is lower than it would be pigging out on fatty foods. I still do eat fatty foods(can't resistent :) ), but I try to limit the amount. I'm telling you, I really would pig out on nut's, sometimes eating a whole bag of 16 servings in one day!
 
Well, its not the perfect diet. If i had to guess i'd take a stab that your either eating far to many calories, or your eating more in the form of carbohydrates than you realize.

Man, i love low carb. I bought sausage, 36 eggs, broccoli, okra, ground beef and a few other things last night.

Long live low carb and my low cholesterol ;)
 
maybe cause of the fatty foods you eat they contain high sodium :/ just a thought..........But when i did a CKD not much experience on it..i got bloated from Sauages and whole eggs
