It seems everytime I try to go above 1.5g to 2g total per week I start feeling moody and lethargic. Is there anything I can do about this? I know I could cut back the dosage but I have high competitive goals (Id like to become a pro) and I dont see how I can do it otherwise. Ive been juicing for the most part of the last 3 years. BTW, Im 5'10 and 220 at about 10% BF. I know its nothing crazy, but I think if I can add another 15 pounds Ill be somewhat competitive nationally as I have a small waist and good overall shape to my muscles. Again, maybe Im just optimistic but Id like to at least give a shot to competing.
