Any experience with High carb diet??? Susan Kleiner in her book "Power eating"said that bodybuilder has to eat 52 cal/kg.
70 % carbs
19 %protein
19 % fat
She claims that this way you can make great lean muscle gains.I just wondering is there somebody here who tried this?
