High-carb diet?

Any experience with High carb diet??? Susan Kleiner in her book "Power eating"said that bodybuilder has to eat 52 cal/kg.
70 % carbs
19 %protein
19 % fat
She claims that this way you can make great lean muscle gains.I just wondering is there somebody here who tried this?

Those really are not bad bulking numbers -- you are getting 1.2g protein per pound. You might up the protein to 25% and drop the carbs to 65%, because with that number of calories, your body's hormonal millieu will definitely strongly favor anabolism, so the extra might be utilized

If you are using gear (or even good prohormones), you would certainly want to increase it.

Hey those numbers add up to 108%. :rolleyes:

I think those would work well for someone that utilizes carbs well, like my bro Suspension. Myself, I will stick to more of a 30p-40c-30f split when bulking, and a 50p-20c-30f split when cutting.

You never know until you try, give it a shot for a while
