That and some cardio. My BP was hitting 150. Added 20 min of cardio/ day as a warmup and it's back down in the 125 range.
since may huh? did your bp just now go up, or has it been up for a while?
You have high BP and in another thread you asking about a bridge. I for one highly recommend you take some time off and let your system normalize. Maybe not a popular idea but your body will thank you
