High Blood Pressure

hey fellas:
just randomnly got a nosebleed today, nothing major, but I am about to start a new cycle in the next couple of weeks and my BP was 130 over 100...than i checked it again an hour ago and my diastolic..(bottom number) was still 90..I have never had this high of BP before and i am on nothing, should i be worried about taking my next cycle, b/c most gear will raise BP...also will liquidex keep BP down..I thought I heard that??

Dude, that is something you should talk to your doctor about. Don't play around with your health.

According to Huck, Liquidex will help with bp by reducing water retention.

I'm on Zestoretic, 12.5mg/day to control my bp. No sides from the meds. Some of the stronger meds can do some real fun things to you tho.

You systolic is normal, but I'd worry about your diastolic. 90-100 is stage 1 mild hypertension. Over 100 and you are into Stage 2 moderate hypertension. However, blood pressure can change alot over a couple of days, so I'd wait it out and see what happens. I know my pressure can change by as much as 20 in the course of a day.

I would monitor it for a week.. Take three readings a day, spread out throughout the day. Try to keep your diet clean, low sodium and see what happens. If it is still high, see your Dr. I was recently placed on Dyazide which quickly took care of my hypertension within a week, with 0 noticable sides.

Low sodium and coenzyme Q10. both of these might help. It also may just be genetic. I have mild hypertension and always have, 140/85. Even when on gear it stays at about this level. just monitor it and i think all will be alright. eat healthy
