hi, i'm a newbie...need help

Hi, I'm a newbie just for the record,
I've been doing weights now for about 6 months (everyday) and so far have had small results, i don't want to build any size but want to get really 'ripped' and i'm not keen on injecting anything, what would you recommend me doing???
So far the only thing i can think that will suit me is Oral Winstrol tabs, how would you rate them for toning and definition?

I would recommend you work out for another couple of years. Do high reps on your sets, and keep your diet clean.

Additional, do cardio and keep your body fat % as low as possible.

You have no need for gear after only 6 months of lifting. The reason you have not made much progress could be due to overtraining. Dont work one muscle group more than once a week.

You may want to look in to some natural supplements. T-rex and L-rex can help keep the fat off. Are you currently taking anything? What are your lifts at? Can you bench 185 for 3 reps? Squat 225 (all the way down) for 5?
 
I like your nick, diet is gonna be #1 thing in getting you shredded... so I suggest you work that out, as for orals.. winny/anavar(too expensive) maybe even halo are probably the only things that will help get you the look you want in combo with a good diet.
 
I agree, If you have not seen result and if 6 months is all youve been at it then you need to go to the training forum and check out some different routines.
 
6 months is nopt enough time. Most of us have been at it for years before thinking about juice. (most of us smarter guys)
 
At the moment i work one muscle group per week, and i do sets of 12 (eg - bicep curling at 25kg) and i have a protein drink before and after every session, i've tried Creatine but didn't really notice much difference. What are these T-rex and L-rex you talk about and how do they keep the fat off!

There is no magic pill bro..you gotta work and it has to hurt...eat clean and sweat, then when you've reached your genetitic potential, think about AAS, its a big step man..go slow

Wow, people are getting lazy these days. I have been lifting for 8 yrs. and I am just now about to order my first cycle. I did start kinda early (age 13), but still.....You have a looooonnnnngggg way to go before you need to consider it.
 
Ya i have been really lifting for 3 year... the other 4 years were just a warm up, i guess, haha. I have not done a cycle or any prehormone . You should just go all natural sticking with the basics... Then after a few years under your belt and some muscle added to your frame... them maybe start thinking about your first cycle, but do A LOT of research first.

Also the winter months are for packing on mass and muscle man!! , then worry about taking it off and getting cut for the summer... Who doesn't wanna get huge???
