hi all,
I'm a newbie on this forum and this is my first post, so I hope there are helpful forumites out there who will help me. I suffered from a slipped disc in February. Prior to that my weight was about 78kgs on a 5'5" frame (overweight, yes about 25 percent bodyfat, history of being overweight altho I played all sorts of sports - rugby, waterpolo etc) but I could do a half-marathon in 2hours 10 minutes.
After my injury (I was really depressed for a month), I had to lay off all exercise. Unfortunately, I succumbed to the horrible pattern of consuming the same amount of food while remaining sedentary. I now weigh 85 kilos, my waist is way too huge (I'm too embarass to even say the size) and I've got severe love handles and gynecomastia
- this is causing me great distress - yes especially the nips!. All this is really depressing me, but since discovering this forum, I'm committed to do something about it. I hate giving up!!! At my lightest (about 7 years ago), I was 66kgs and fighting fit!
Anyways, I need help:
(1) what's the best supplement out there for fat-shredding/burning? is it clenbutrx liquid / capsules? what about yohimburn?
(2) can I combine both clenbutrx + yohimburn? what is the best ratio/combination?
(3) I'm taking hydoxycut at the moment, but I don't think it works on me...
(4) what about ECA stacks? what is the best product out there? is it different from the clen / yohimburn thing?
(5) what is the best and cheapest place to order the above products online at at discount? I live in Singapore so the online dealer needs to be able to ship it to Singapore....this is very important as I really need to order some stuff and have it shipped to me by next week!
(6) I know the basics formulat of diet and exercise and intake < output but it's very difficult after being sedentary the past 10 months...
I really need to lose weight immediately (I've got a hypertension as well, altho' I believe I can beat it!)...
