hi guys looking for advice for a first cycle.

Hi guys . Im new to this forum found out about it yesterday and have been reading the 101 guid to taking steroids and its an interesting read but still have to finish all of it .

first off these are my stats

Age: 25
Weight: 177lbs
Height: 5ft9
Training history: 3months last year and 4 months this year
Training split: 5 on 2 off
DIET: healthy
BF%: around 18-20
Cycle history: none
Goals: gain around 15lbs more muscle and toned look.

ive been speaking to some guys at the gym and got alot of conflicting cycles and what not and its all a bit confusing . i was thinking of a 6 week cycle. the following have been a few cycles that i was told to take.(6 week cycle namely coz of side effects but if a longer cycle maybe more appropriate please let me know)

cycle 1:
week 1-6 test prop, deca, winstrol
week 1-2 dianobol

cycle2
week1-6 test prop, trenbolone, winstrol
week3-6 anavar

cycle3

week1-6 test prop, deca, equipose
week1-4 dianobol
week3-6 anavar


these are some of the few i remember. I am not fat just have a bit of layers round my stomach . so far i have managed to go from 73kgs to 80kgs in 10months (i had stopped the gym for a time of about 4 month and put on some weight .Most of it was fat but started the gym again and been going for 4 months and ive stayed the same weight but am getting slimer so im assuming i have made some muscular gains)just natural supplementing with creatin and amino acids .I do not want to get large i want to have a very nice toned look and add a bit more muscle to my frame.

i go to the gym witha buddy of mine who takes steroids and has been traingin for over 7 years. we do alot of super sets and giant sets. that basically our workout routine and then finish off with around 30 - 45 mins of cardio . Might i add last december i dislocated my shoulder. i started the gym again in january on doctors orders doing some excersizes with minimum to no weight just the rotation but now have progressed tolifting my normal weights. I was told that deca is very good for the joints and would like to know if this is true . also I would like to know if i would need to take any AI and hcg during a cycle of 6 weeks and what pct would be recommended.

You need more training history imo.

AAS is a big commitment and you aren't anywhere near your peak.

SouthernLord is right. You have at least a year-and-a-half that you can continue to gain naturally.

And if you decide to ignore our advice to stay natural for now (a high likelyhood given human nature):

1.) Do not mess with tren on your first cycle.

2.) I like the plan to run a 6-weeker for a first cycle, no HCG will be required and recovery will be much easier.

3.) It's pointless to run deca or (especially) EQ for only 6 weeks. Also, deca is not a good choice for first cycle.

4.) Just test prop would be a great first cycle.

I'm Sorry but you are not even close to reaching your training potential.
Train like a madman ,Eat like a lion, but watch the fats, you also need more protein at least 1 gram for every pound of bodyweight.If you're able divide those meals into 5-6 servings a day.
Put in another Year & a half done properly you should be able to put on at least 10-15 pounds.
