well i'm home recovering and i have no clue what the turn out will be..i was told that it wouldnt be a good idea to lift heavy ever again...fucking doctors always know the right things to say.....BUT if that is the case then i have a bunch of little bottles of milk i will give away for free since they will be of no use to me...i will always stay on the gh....


a few good things from my stay at the hospital:

one hot nurse
morphine
call button
lots of sleep
more morphine

thanks guys..i will keep you all posted..if i dont see myself lifting heavy again one lucky gent will get some free bottles of milk....i'm not going to sweat it , i will still be happy be able to train light if i have to....i guess at my age it may be better to be lean and hard than carry too much mass...right now i went from 240 down to 214 since my accident
