I'm 32 years old did my first cycle when I was 30, started trainning natty about 10 years before that, did a test only cycle did pct of nolva only and apart from acne no sides,and I recovered really well, done another cycle of test prop only but didn't seem to put on much size:( now I am planning my spring cycle,won't start till I have it all in place,a guy from the gym sold me some test max 400 witch is a 400 test blend including test e, test c,and prop was thinking of doing this 1 a week for 12 weeks I have colmid, nolvadex ,and forma staznol on hand also I have a bottle of prop I was thinking to do last two weeks so as I can go staight on to pct, this will be
Nolva, clomid, and continue using forma at 10 pumps a day was also thinking of using dbol to kick start this cycle for about 3 weeks ,
Anyway if this cycle is totally wrong which it could be,then I appreciate any help in putting it right.

you can try a dbol/test cycle. that should give you some good bulk.

however what is your diet like, you listed your calories but lets hear a typical days meals for you and be honest. i have a bulker in my signature below you can use as a blueprint to improve your diet. also you should reduce cardio to almost nothing right now until you put on some mass.

also your workouts need to be on par.. what kind of workout are you doing? list it.

if you want to put on real muscle mass you gotta eat big and lift big.
 
id inject that 3x a week to take full advantage of the prop.. but it might not matter much depending on the blend... im not a fan of blends :)

dbol for 3 weeks is good.


do some research on new pcts out there.. steve has a great link in his sig that can help you out.

Cheers for you input guys,i do a different muscle group every day and do about 4 different exercises eg if shoulders I'll do say front raise, shoulder press, upright row,lateral raise per muscle each 4 sets @reps of 12,10,8,6 getting heavier each time the last 6 I will need spotting for and probably fail,diet needs work I try to eat clean but use a lot of protein powder I do whey 2 a day and casein before bed,I will up my intake when I start the cycle in about 2 weeks:)
 
hmm routine could probably be changed for the better imo

every try 5x5 or a push/pull/legs routine?

And thats the a bad take to have on it bro.. You should be more motivated to eat big while off or your never gonna keep your gains... This will lead to several things.... Weight loss by the individual and loss of motivation to train and diet when not using steroids, Loss of desire to workout, longer steroid cycles without proper pct in between leading to HRT or TRT replacements, all kinds of major health problems and risks, Megadosing, and a overall unhealthy person....

This is why we stress training and diet year round, you think phil heath takes days off from training and dieting? He doesnt!!! Steroids are NOT a hobby, its a lifestyle change bro..... Have a reason to do steroids, dont just do them to be cool... Not being an ass if i sound like one....
 
Thanks for the advice guys,I'm listening, have tired I few different routines in the gym and will look in to 5x5 etc, yo man you don't sound like an ass,I am 32 thou not that bothered about looking cool bro :) I train mainly because it makes me feel good, have this really bad feeling of guilt if I don't go gym which not many seem to understand(especially the mrs lol)
 
you can do push/pull/legs and go to the gym every day if you want. just cycle through different exercises and keep an eye on volume.

again that steve guy.. hes good.. has a great thread in the weight lifting forum on push/pull/legs.. i switched to it and im loving it. change is good sometime
 
great points by johnny and judo above.

off cycle you should be carrying around food with you everywhere and water. always be putting food in your mouth. always be going to the supermarket after the gym and keeping your fridge stocked.. always be cooking grassfed beef and chicken and having it stored away so you can re-heat it and be ready to eat. this makes a difference rather than cooking things on the fly.

stay away from things that kill your appetite. dairy is one that comes to mind, tends to kill appetite for several hours.. eat things that won't make you feel bloated and gassy so you keep your appetite all the time. heck i even wake up to piss at night and go to the kitchen and have a quick bite. always be eating.

the key is eat CLEAN.. you won't get fat off brown rice and sweet potato so don't worry lol. but you will get fat off olive garden and papa johns pizza. there is a difference between clean carbs and bad carbs. if you want a good idea of healthy and not healthy go to the grocery store and stalk people who are fat, and people who look good. watch what they are putting in their carts. you will notice a pattern. the people who look good eat as much as the fatties, the key is WHAT they are eating, not how much.

so don't be afraid to eat A LOT, just eat the right things :) you can't go wrong with some non caffeinated green tea and watermelon before bed either.. that will cleanse you out all night
