WEIGHT - 165 lbs
I first started weight training when I was about 15, not seriously though, it was just to keep fit. I trained on and off until I was about 20 then stopped for a while; then started again recently but more seriously. I want to do it for real now, no more f**king around. My problem in the past was that I kept losing my motivation because I'm a hard gainer, my body type is mainly ectomorph with slight mesomorph features. My physique is kinda like a light weight boxer or a gymnast or something. I have made some gains but only muscle definition, not mass and I'm not very strong either. In the past I have planned diets properly making sure I'm eating all the correct foods and in the correct amounts. It was really hard at first because I'm not really a big eater so I had to force it down, almost to the point of throwing it back up again. I got used to it eventually as my stomach stretched. But even when eating all the food, getting at least 8 hours sleep every night and training correctly and consistently I still couldn't gain any mass or any real strength. That's what made me lose my motivation because I wasn't seeing any results for the work I was putting in. I'm well aware of genetics and body types, bone structure and all that stuff and I know I'm never gonna get huge, that's why my goals are only small and realistic, I just want to gain about 30 lbs and get stronger. I'm sick of being a skinny weakling. I've always said I would never take steroids and that I wanted to do it naturally, but now I've woke up. It's frustrating to see someone who's only been lifting for about 2 months and who doesn't even train properly gain more in those 2 months on steroids than you have in about 2 years. So f--k it, I'm preparing to start my first cycle.
Here's my proposed cycle- If there's anything you would do differently which there probably is or I'm doing anything wrong please say, I welcome constructive criticism but if you've got nothing constructive to say then please don't bother saying anything.
First of all, I know the following dosages are only very small (especially compared to what some people take!) but I want to play it safe and start small. I want to gauge what kind of dosage my body needs and how my body reacts to it-
British Dragon Decabol - 250mg /week for 10 weeks
Dianabol - 20mg /day for 3 weeks (this is for a kickstart until deca kicks in)
Clomid - I've heard so much conflicting information about this stuff. What kind of dose should I be looking at? Because my Deca and DBol doses are only very small would I really need that much Clomid? Is 2 weeks long enough after the last Deca injection to begin PCT? Or should I leave it for 3 weeks?
I'm going to keep some Nolva on hand too, just incase there's any titty activity. I know that my dosage of Deca and DBol are only small but I've read that even the smallest dose of DBol can cause man-titties. I aint taking any chances. I've read that Nolva can cause you to lose some gains? does this happen? If so, how bad is it?
If I've said anything wrong or stupid please don't be nasty about it and flame me, just correct me. I'm still learning and I will not put a steroid anywhere near my body until I'm confident I know what I'm doing and I know everything that I need to know.
