Hi everyone, newbie here needs a few pointers....

AGE - 23

HEIGHT - 5'11

WEIGHT - 165 lbs


I first started weight training when I was about 15, not seriously though, it was just to keep fit. I trained on and off until I was about 20 then stopped for a while; then started again recently but more seriously. I want to do it for real now, no more f**king around. My problem in the past was that I kept losing my motivation because I'm a hard gainer, my body type is mainly ectomorph with slight mesomorph features. My physique is kinda like a light weight boxer or a gymnast or something. I have made some gains but only muscle definition, not mass and I'm not very strong either. In the past I have planned diets properly making sure I'm eating all the correct foods and in the correct amounts. It was really hard at first because I'm not really a big eater so I had to force it down, almost to the point of throwing it back up again. I got used to it eventually as my stomach stretched. But even when eating all the food, getting at least 8 hours sleep every night and training correctly and consistently I still couldn't gain any mass or any real strength. That's what made me lose my motivation because I wasn't seeing any results for the work I was putting in. I'm well aware of genetics and body types, bone structure and all that stuff and I know I'm never gonna get huge, that's why my goals are only small and realistic, I just want to gain about 30 lbs and get stronger. I'm sick of being a skinny weakling. I've always said I would never take steroids and that I wanted to do it naturally, but now I've woke up. It's frustrating to see someone who's only been lifting for about 2 months and who doesn't even train properly gain more in those 2 months on steroids than you have in about 2 years. So f--k it, I'm preparing to start my first cycle.
Here's my proposed cycle- If there's anything you would do differently which there probably is or I'm doing anything wrong please say, I welcome constructive criticism but if you've got nothing constructive to say then please don't bother saying anything.

First of all, I know the following dosages are only very small (especially compared to what some people take!) but I want to play it safe and start small. I want to gauge what kind of dosage my body needs and how my body reacts to it-

British Dragon Decabol - 250mg /week for 10 weeks

Dianabol - 20mg /day for 3 weeks (this is for a kickstart until deca kicks in)

Clomid - I've heard so much conflicting information about this stuff. What kind of dose should I be looking at? Because my Deca and DBol doses are only very small would I really need that much Clomid? Is 2 weeks long enough after the last Deca injection to begin PCT? Or should I leave it for 3 weeks?

I'm going to keep some Nolva on hand too, just incase there's any titty activity. I know that my dosage of Deca and DBol are only small but I've read that even the smallest dose of DBol can cause man-titties. I aint taking any chances. I've read that Nolva can cause you to lose some gains? does this happen? If so, how bad is it?

If I've said anything wrong or stupid please don't be nasty about it and flame me, just correct me. I'm still learning and I will not put a steroid anywhere near my body until I'm confident I know what I'm doing and I know everything that I need to know.

test only is good for a first cycle
i would not suggest deca, that is where my mistake was bro

i wish i would have just done a test only cycle for my first one

test e 500mg/wk with a great diet you should put on some nice mass
the diet will depend on what type of mass you put on

that being said:
i think u can build up ur wieght a little bit all natty before u decide to juice...

if u are going to do a cycle...make sure its a test only cycle, i guess u can use dbol to kick start but, straight test will be enough!

u have pct in mind which is key for someone new to the game because many people leave out that crucial point...

either way no matter what you run, ur not going to gain much of anything if u dont :
eat right
sleep alot

lifting and juice/supplementation are backseat to these two things

With your stack, you will make great gains, especially since it is your first one and you seem to have done alot of research. However, with that said.....I would go Test only too for my first one. Personally I'd recommend around 400mg a week (why go higher, if this will give you your goals, and I believe it will)...you can kickstart it with d-bol if you like, but for the first time I'd stick with just test for 10-12 weeks. I have always believed in the "take the minimum amount of gear you can that still achieves your goals mentality". You can always do a more aggressive stack later down the road, and then you have the added advantage of seeing how you reacted to the first one.

Does it have to be Test Enanthate or can it be any of the testosterone varieties?-
(Test Propionate or Test Cypionate).

400mg / week ? Is that how much I would have to take even though I'm a newbie?

Which of these would be best?-

British Dragon Testabol Depot (Cypionate)
Primoteston Depot (Iranian Aburaihan) (Enanthanate)
Primoteston Depot (Norma) (Enanthanate)
British Dragon Testosterone Propionate
 
it can be any test. just depends on how many times a wk you want to stick yourself. i would use test e if it was my first time again.
 
hey guys,
why is test such a good as for a first cycle? i was considering var since its safe, and can produce much strenght and 10-12 lb lean muscle increase. am i wrong? is test better?

Deca by itself might render your peter useless. A switch to test enanthate might be better, but then again you never know. I think your gains with test en @ 250 a week would be a little better also. good luck and keep up on educating yourself. Just a side note, you might also try training for a year or 2. Just a suggestion.

and u just said u started lifting again. i seriously think you should consider lifting more. how much cals are u taking in?
 
I'd say get a weight gainer and lift 5 day's a week for 8 month's and then if you still want to do it,do test e at 400-500mg each week. Like the other's said just test will be a good one especially since it will be your first.

I'm with Sweed on this one.
You say you know how to plan a diet, but you did not list the cals that you are consuming.
You say you can't eat a lot, Hell use a Gainer shake and drink a few of them each day...They will work wonders!

sorry.. wtf.. almost everyone on here is teling this guy what to do for a cycle.. did u not see his stats????? im not tryin to be an a-hole, but i am a dictionary ectomorph... a 6'2'' skinnny fuck... but i trained my ass off.. made up a really good diet the last few years. i too was 6'2'' at 160.... but i read up on training, ate to gain weight and stuck with it for years and years.... i paid my dues, and even tho i was young (22) when i did my first cycle, i know i earned it unlike 90% of the newbs on this board.. sorry for venting on this thread.. but i told Goldy that I would. i can take any critizism anyone puts out there for me.
 
5'11" 165....sounds a bit like me at 17, before I started hitting the weights hard. I know how it feels, I used to be a real skinny fuck.

When I first started I was doing the workout routines right out of FLEX and the other muscle mags.....which got me good and overtrained really fast. I thought, shit, must not be training hard enough and added some more sets.....which led to me being even more overtrained.

Luckinly after about 6 months of this nonsense I started lifting with a new friend of mine who also did a little powerlifting for the school team. I never did get involved with powerlifting but I did get a good workout base in deadlifts, squats, and benching.

Coming from a guy who used to be exactly your size, I would advise you first try changing your routine to include heavy compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and flat bench.....coupled with quality weight gainer shakes and PB&J (peanut butter and jelly sandwiches). I no shit put on 30lbs in 18 months with that.

What is your current workout routine?

Just came off my circle and used test e and dbol. nolva and liqclomid for pct.
 
Dude before you stick yourself check your diet. And your young and your levels should be pretty good now to make good gains. I would lift a little longer. Make sure your working very hard in the gym before you jump in to gear. I was the same way. I lifted for a year with no real gains then I lifted with a friend and realized I wasn't pushing myself enough to grow. Eat big man. Diet and training are the most important

Your absolutly right.....but do you think someone who already has the gear, and has spent all the time researching he has (and I believe he has compared to alot of newbs), that he already hasnt made up his mind to juice?? And how can you have "paid your due's" when you were 22? Seems like to me you probably ignored all the advice to wait until you were 25+ and had 10 years of heavy lifting behind you.....I just think giving him good gear advice, along with the advice of waiting is relevant here.
