sublime35 New member Oct 17, 2005 #2 umm...no. PB would have very little insulin response unless you're eating that sugar filled crap and even then I wouldn't be very high because it's high in fat which offsets the sugars. Honey is medium GI due to 1/3 to 1/2 it's sugar being fructose.
