28 years old 5'8 213 13% body fat training for 8 years and 6 previous cycles. I am not wanting to take hgh but rather am just curious about it. Has anyone here ever run it? what were your results? Is hgh a decent mass builder or does it mainly keep you lean? Thanks.

I think its best for fat loss and keeping you lean than overall mass (dosage depending)
 
your body is already producing hgh and test it would seem silly to mess that up. And Also bare in mind every drug has concenquences, even HGH, That can activate dormant cancer cells over a peroid of time. So take that into consideration, personally i would wait until you're older to take full advantage of this when your body's hgh production dimishes.
 
once you reach your late 30's your production drops dramatically, a low dose will provide fat loss, energy,better skin tone & hair, a deeper sleep and a host of other things, alot of people call it the fountian of youth for good reason.

I couldn't have said it any better... It definitely has its qualities but they need to utilized at the appropriate time... Keep in mind, HGH is a slower progression... It takes a lot of time to start to see the true effects and it is extremely expensive... I would say 6 months at the minimum of usage but more along the lines of a year at least... Trust me, you better have a good amount of money to drop on it...
 
Just some random thoughts that I posted recently on my YouTube channel.

I can't say that it really takes LONG TERM to see the benefits. I've used it for a wasting disease long term and I can't say that it is a huge difference maker. Food and training is the difference maker for myself anyway.

I think that one should look at it not in terms of time...but in amount used. I've had clients use large doses and get "results" faster. Heck, I've had older clients (49 and "holding") get huge results within the week...health wise. With higher doses I've had clients see great results on 4-6 week cycles (keep in mind that we are talking about 300 lbs athletes and HGH isn't the only thing in their system).

Do I suggest this method? NO! Time is always the best answer. Health is always the best answer. We can't be big, strong, and ripped if we are 6 feet under!
