I normally see results around week 4, but I do not see major fat loss, however there is a change since clothing gets bigger, I generally will stay on for minimum of 6 months doing 2iu/day 5 on/2 off
what I see most is I feel better, hair, skin is nicer, sleep is more beneficial, I do have some bloating and it does aggravate carpal tunnel and hip problem I have,
