HGH without insulin?

I haven't tried Hgh yet, but I'm wanting to try it in the furture. I know that for best results you need to stack it with insulin injections. Will you get descent results from the hgh without using insulin? Has anyone tried hgh without using insulin, and if so what were the results? thanks for the input in advance..
