What is the current wisdom on HGH use?
The last I used it folks were going 5 on 2 off. Is this still the way to go, or are folks now using it 7 days/week?

Bro you need to read the studies before you go making statements like that.

"The whole EOD" thing was started by a study which proved that the bodies of children who received exogenous gh administration were became less sensitive to the gh their bodies produced. This did not happen with EOD administration.

I still shoot the same amount of gh, I only double it EOD.

Ive tried 3 ways.. 5on2off, 6on1off, & ED. Hard to tell which way worked better, I couldnt tell. My HRT doctor recommended 6on1off, and thats the way I continue to do it!
