HGH Timing ???

I've tried 4IU's first thing i the morning, 4IU's right after training and splitting it half 2IU's in the morning and 2IU's after training. I haven't seen much of a difference either way, but it was also with different brands from different sources. I'm wondering what the rest of you have found to be the best time to take yours. Thanks.

10 iu post workout 3 days a week
 
now I am slightly confused.. I have read that you should not take a large amount of Carbs within an hour of injecting HGH. So how would you go about doing this post workout?

Blast your gh. Eat 45 min later. Nutrient timing isn't going to make or break your day. That's just one way of going about it. I have had better results doing this method that's only my opinion and my approach. My pants are falling off almost yet weight is staying the same .. Even adding a few lbs . I don't notice water weight side effects or lethargy or any of the other symptoms I noticed when I was doing 4 iu every day
 
Do you think 10 IU first thing in the morning would work the same as post work out? I work an odd schedule so that would make thing a lot simpler and I'd definitely be more consistent that way. I don't always get to go home after the gym.

To sure about this as I believe there is conflicting information about how much your body can utilize in one dose ( unless post workout when primed for it) I am by no means an expert and maybe google can help you out here as I would only be speculating. I have heard to dose no more than 2 iu at a time ie, 2 iu am 2 iu mid afternoon , or evening. But like I said I'm only speculating and repeating some research I have done. I just know from personal experience my larger dose post workout has been my fav way thus far. Best of luck bud and let me know what you come up with cause I too am curious !
 
I heard that too, but there seems to be a lot of theories on HGH and not much fact. This article at least gives data and research to back up the theory. Gonna start a fresh batch of Hygetropin Saturday. I'm going to try this method for 3 kits and see how it works.
