at 10iu/day from zero, you're begging for sides. Expect to be lethargic, and here in a week or two your joints will start screaming too. You'll be at risk for carpel tunnel as well.
Here's the good news... Start at more like 1.5 iu's per day... 2 max. Then get four good weeks under your belt. Then, start adding an one IU per week or two weeks. Here's what I did:
Weeks 1-4: 2 ius/day
Weeks 6-10: 4 ius/day
Weeks 10+: 5 ius/day
Even doing this, I had some joint pain at 5 ius/day about 14 weeks into it. I had to drop back to 3-4 ius/day, wait 2-3 weeks, then went back up to 5 ius.
Also... if hgh sides appear (i.e. joint pain) DO NOT THINK YOU CAN "RIDE-OUT" THE SIDES. HGH doesn't work that way -- the sides will persist. I've personally tried to do that before and have heard the same story from other people. If sides present, drop the dosage, then walk it back up. That's by far the most effective way to deal with the side effects.
