HGH Side Effects - Precautions

uberreem

New member
hello,

I am planning on doing some HGH to repair my intestines/colon

In terms of the precautions that people take I found the following below:

For the insulin resistance that is possible:
conservative - 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid and 200 - 300mcgs of Chromium Piccinolate
moderate - 15mg of Actos - a prescription med to increase insulin sensitivity, Glucophage (Metformin) to dispose of excess glucose and increase uptake in muscles.
aggressive - add a few IU's of insulin to your HGH cycle

For protection against prostate growth:
conservative - do nothing
moderate - use Saw Palmetto (approx 2000mg)
aggressive - use Proscar or equivalent

My question is if and when I work my way up to 4.5iu/day….how would I know that I have insulin resistance and how do I know if my prostate is growing?... or do people just take the meds listed instead of risking it

thanks

Easy. Get a glucose meter and monitor your waking BS and also after meals. I have been doing 2-1/2 iu and have noticed a raise in my BS. I will be aquiring some glucophage because alpha lipoic acid isn't working as good as I want. Anybody else have experience with this? Sorry to bump this old thread but it is interesting.

You gave a GREAT tip!! EVERY person who uses HGH should have a glucose meter.

Thanks alin. Does anyone else have experience with sides and what have you done to deal with them? Imm23 I don't have fillings but thank you for your input!

doubt this guy still checks the forums but what is wrong with your intestines/colon? I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy (not just a fad diet) after 18 years of eating it every day and my digestive system went to shit as well. If it's something similar my body healed itself in 2 years, which it has been for you haha
