How long is a typical cycle? I've been on about 3 months 5 iu,s a day I've missed a few days here or there but very consistent. Is there any serious side effects I have a buddy that has been on it for a few yrs at the small dose and hasn't really had any issues. Just trying to get some feed back. Thanks

There really are not any studies that show effect of long term usage of GH. I have been on for years and I have had a few, but minimal, feet and hands grew etc...

I have seen in3 to 4 months. My skin is super soft minor wrinkles going away definitely leaner. Not really sure if I'm any stronger. I thought it would help with joints it has not. My feet may have grown a little. I'm only 5 iu s a day I assume that is some what low

No that is not low and i would keep at that dosage.
