Take a stroll through the postings in the Longevity area. You'll see a ton of info on getting and using HGH.

It boils down to finding a Dr who is the anti-aging field and will work with you on a program.

If you just want HGH, that is another issue.

Frankly it is easier to buy exactly what you want and get the amount you need on the black market, besides being cheaper

Few MD’s know squat about HRT
