HGH or Nolvadex ??

Indy

High End Bro
Platinum
Posting this for my wife. She is 32 years old and has the normal hard to lose estrogen pockets in midsection, and hip/thigh areas. She works out hard, diets tight as we are both training and in the past year has not been able to reduce those troubled areas at all, despite additional cardio she has added. Now I know nolvadex is frowned upon by many women despite it's use, so my next question would be has anyone tried site injections with GH ?? I have used it myself alot in the past and it was great for leaning me out, so wanting to know if any women have tried it out for the same reason. Any other Nolvadex input would be appreciated also.

thanks in advance,
Indy-

Indy what exactly is her diet and training like? And her current stats be specific as possible.

Not sure on her caloric intake, hard enough time tracking mine, but she's on a lean protien, low carb, low fat diet. She has been training about 6 years now, last 2 years pretty seriously and has done one AAS cycle, of light dosage of anavar.

She does a few miles on the treadmill nearly everyday, and works out in my weight room a few times a week. cardio would equal about 45-60 minutes per day, 5-6 days per week.

HGH is effective but a solid diet and training also is as you know and a lot cheaper. My suggestion is really make her track everything before putting her on HGH tweak what you can there. I would get her hitting the weights more often to 4-5 times a week on the weights hitting every muscle group. If you like get to sign up here lots of ladies to help out. A none gear sup that helps the last little bit of stuborn areas is yohimbieburn.

What is her body fat at now?

Forgive me because I know you are saying she's been training & dieting hard, and the midsection & hips are the hardest things to get rid of for women. It has taken me literally going thru competition prep to acheive those things. I have however done it naturally (at age 35) and it is possible. I take the approach of Dr. Phil when people say they are dieting & training hard & not getting results... "So, how's that workin' for ya?" If it isn't working, then its not working. I am w/ QT 100%. These things can be acheived w/ an optimized diet, training & cardio. It might take a more concerted effort but it can be done.

Would I recommend nolva --- NO. From all the research I've done and all the people I've talked to over the years about "magic pills", manipulating your estrogen is the LAST thing you want to fuck with. It is even debatable if nolva really does anything significant. I would ONLY recommend messing with it if you are already extremely lean and entering the last weeks of competition prep. The other issue is that when you come off, you may encounter issues with rebound while your body figures out how to adjust itself back to "normal'. Not worth it.

GH - sure it works, however "how well" is probably a per-person thing and also is dependent on keeping a tight diet. Can also encounter sides like bloat. Again person-dependent. And you also need to think in terms of a 4-6 month cycle. In that same amount of time an excellent diet & training can probably acheive a more guaranteed, more maintainable result.

YES -- this tends to show results much more significantly at lower bodyfat levels. That's not to say it isnt' doing something, but at higher levels it isnt' goign to be as apparent.

You mentioned low fat. That most likely is the problem. I see a lot of women with a ripped upper body and big undefined legs and butts. This is from improper dieting. When you go low fat you are denying the body what it needs. You need to take in quality fat. If you don't the womens body will naturally compensate by producing more estrogen. This is very basic information. You need to have someone put together a diet for her. I will PM you with some information...
BTW... Primrose oil at night works well for a lot of people.

My wife is using GH and var. The GH has definitly helped knock off BF. Hit me with a PM and I'll get you some more info

I'm curious - how do you know its the GH making the diff -- could be the var, could be the training, could be the increased recovery ability w/ the GH + var, could be the tight diet she should be following while using those supps...

Just curious if you are able to quantify ...

She has cut with var only before. Training diet everything else the same. This time with the added GH there has been a HUGE difference. I have pics posted on another site pm'd you the link

Got em, thx.

As far as nolva -- listen -- I dieted down for a competition in May. I naturally carry a lot of my fat in my hips and this all went down w/ my contest prep. I was "off" for 2 months before starting prep for my next show (Sept) and I have not gained back my hips. I think that if you get over that hump of getting rid of the hips, you can continue to work forward without forever battling them. But I continue NOT recommend using nolva as your method of losing bodyfat in those areas where women tend to have a higher concntration of fat cells. It still all comes down to diet & training & cardio to the level that your body requires.

Thanks and I agree, it's the safest and best chance of being permanent.
