HGH....once per day or twice?

i currently take a little over 1iu/day before bedtime, and have heard by some that it is better to split up the doses. is there an advantage splitting it up?

Take it 12 hours after your 4th hour of sleep.
This gives your body two evenly phased hits, one natural and one supplemental.

HGH takes a long time to promote progress. It works very well with test.

what about at 2ius/day? i currently take a shot first thing in the morning, and another in the afternoons. how many hours between injections should i wait?

you should take does within 8 hours of rising in the morning

you take in morning if you want more fat burning result, you take in night time if you want more muscle build result, some people do 1/2 day dose each time to get benefit of both.

so if i take my first shot at 6:00am, i should take my next shot at 2:00pm???

no what is your dose? if you were taking 8\iu day you can start 6am and take every 2 hours 2iu

if you take 2iu/ just take 2iu when you awaken

if you take 4iu you take 2 iu when you awaken and 2 iu 2 hour later

HGH releases naturally at the 3-4 hour of an 8 hour sleep pattern.

So let's say you hit the bed at 10 PM. At 2 AM, your body releases HGH.
Inject next at 2 PM if injecting once per day.
Inject at 10 AM and 6 PM if twice.
