Easiest injection of all becasue you are not injecting into the muscle. You are going into the derma above it.

(1) Wash your hands thoroughly.

(2) Wipe clean with alcohol an area to the left or right of your navel at the belt line.

(3) "Pinch an inch" of this skin.

(4) Being careful to never touch the exposed needle to any surface ... qucikly stick the needle into this gathered flesh.

(5) Aspirate and then slowly push the plunger down until all the HGH is injected.

(6) Release the skin and wipe it again with alcohol.

that depends on the amount of water you constitute the vial with, and how much HGH is in the vial

if it is a 10iu vial of HGH and you put 1cc of water in it like normal, then yes, 10 insulin IU's is 1 HGH iu
