ok i keep hearing mid morning and early afternoon..
say one wakes up around 8AM every day.. lifts around 7pm.. goes to bed around 11pm.. whens the best time to shoot GH..
i know i shouldnt shoot it any less than 4 hours before bed.. because of the half life..and the surges you get during sleep..
also, i plan on running the growth for lean muscle gains.. going to start at 4iu ED, and work up to 5 or 6 ED, anyone see an issue with starting at 4? or should i be able to handle it
