I know the topic has been up before and probably will again and again but there seems to be two split camps over which one is more effective. Even seen people doing IM in the morning to subq pwo in split doses
I have been using 4 IUs subq early am for over two years. Prior to that I divided it 2/2 am/pm. Haven't seen or noticed any difference with dividing it and would not unless upping it to 6+. Good results both ways.
However the thought of trying IM has haunted me for awhile now.
Now, most of the research out there discussing this issue is very dated - a lot from early eighties.
What is your experience on the matter? Which one do you prefer and why? It does not have to be scientifically proven but also how you experience it. For me it is also about convenience.
