hgh & igf1-lr3

I have read a lot of conflicting studies, some say run both some say just run igf1-lr3. I have been only running hgh peptides (ghrp-2 and cjc 1295 w/o dac) 4-5 time per day and have been doing so for the past 14 week with good results. I have recently got a payrise at work so now can add IGF1-LR3 however i would like to just query you guys on here as to weather you guys would run both or just one?

using HGH or IGF will result in a negative feedback loop - an effect which the other two will counter as they stimulate the pitituary to release hgh .. so I would say run em together
 
Just run 2iu gh and start at 50mcg igf. Take igf only post workout bilateral. Remember cycle off igf 6weeks on 20 days off if using gh if no gh 4 weeks then 20day. And remember eat higher cards when taking igf igf - 3 stays active for up to 30 - 40 hrs. It has helped keep me leaner this off season. Bad affects sleepy but once you eat cards it goes away.
