I think alot of people here have a miss conseption on HGH. Unless you have some major loot to afford 6iu's or more, then stop wasting your money. Most people are looking past the cellular benefits of HGH such as improved immune system, organ function, soft tissue gowth, better sleep patterns, etc...and are looking for specific physical changes such as muscle gowth will staying at 6 percent BF. IT just does not work like that. At higher dosages, with the use of AAS you can achieve this, but 6iu's a day or more can get pricey even with the jintropin at 2 per IU. IF you are under 40 and are looking for size and strength, then the majority of your gains will come from anabolics. HGH can aid in rest and recovery will lifting heavy, but unless you increase dosage you are not going to grow to be MR> Olympia...
