Listen, I noticed subtle effects from GH 4ius/day on the first day I took it, but I was also on aas,T3 and adex at the time so that might not be relevant to you.
One thing to think about is that 3ius/day GH for 4 weeks is basically about 2 months worth of GH in one month (maybea slightly more if you have low natural GH levels). If you want to see any type of weekl/bi-weekly progress you need to increase the dose a few IUs. Either that or add in low dose aas + antie and or some t3. But be safe. If you increase the IUs there are the conerns about side effects. Among others, there is hypothyoidism induced by too much GH (one reason people combine it with t3 quite often)insulin resistance, and there is the rare but real possibility of developing intracranial hypertension from holding to much water (nasty stuff to say the least). Ofcourse in the long run there are question concerning restoring your GH axis after you go off. I am not an authority on GH or anything close. I am just relating to you my experience with the stuff and a few things I have read and picked up from other people.
Are you at least noticing a slightly full feeling in your hands?
Do you refrigerate it properly? Are you taking care not to foam the stuff up when you reconstitue? Are you sure it is real? When do you inject? If you want fat loss do it AM. How do you inject? SC or IM? Do you notice any bruising when you inject?
Again, are you keeping carbohydrate intake low because of GH's antagonism of insulin sensitivity? For what you are looking for, keeping carbs below 60 grams/day + eating protein until you are fully satisfied has been recommended by some people in the know.
Are you stressed out, running around, overtraining? Working out to much will diminsh the GH's effects on anabolism far more than doing so with aas will. IGF-1 protein gets bound up to IGFBG-3 in response to high levels of cortisol secretion. If you have chronic high stress the liver downregulates it expresion of IGF-1 producing cells. GH will still burn fat under these conditions, but its LBM sparing/promoting effects will diminish.
