HGH dosing protocol for a newbie

I know that most will probably say 5 on 2 off but I was wondering if 7 days a week at 4-6iu's a day will be good.

i have 14 100iu kits and I will like to know if I do 4-6iu's is good for 1 year or so.

my goals is to gain lean mass and loss fat and for anti aging purposes.

would i need anything else besides the hgh while I am on?
do i need n2guard or anything like that?

how many times a day do i pin? When is the best times to pin?
I heard that the best way is to mimic the pituitary glands natural secretion of hgh.

what if i were to go on Test and other compounds will i still be pinning hgh while on pct?

- I would go either 5 on 2 off, or 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.

- Start with 2iu and work up.

- 4-6iu is a good amount for generic GH

- I would not expect a lot of lean mass with that amount, but you will get leaner and have the anti-aging effects.

- Usually people on GH supplement with potassium. Also T-4 is a good idea if you are going to be on for an extended period

- If you are doing 4-5iu, just pin 1 time in the AM, 20-30 minutes before breakfast. If you are going 6iu, then split the dosing up AM/PM

- HGH is fine in PCT
 
What brand generic is it? I'm assuming that it is generic, as most of those sell as 100 or 200 iu kits. There is a lot of garbage china made gh going around right now. But anyway, if it is decent, start at like 2 iu. You start at 4 or more and the lethargy can kick your ass. It is something you need to slowly progress up to. GH is something you need to be in the long haul for to really see benefits. And if at all possible, run FDA approved HGH
