You grow when you rest, working out everyday 2 or 3 hours a day is great for burning off fat not worth s shit for muscle growth.like ol boy before me said you got to eat big lots of good cals. Protein, carbs, clean good food! But we grow when we rest not just sleep but stress free rest. We stress when we lift, lift heavy as you can safely, with around 6 or 8 reps push to failure, lift connecting bodyparts, chest, shoulders, tris same day, next day rest eat enjoy life wends hit back biceps next day rest fri legs heavy pumps blood to all the body parts you worked earlier that week try that for about a month and dude boooom! Growth ! I dont know anything about stack from gnc so no help there, but that routine living proof
